Lightrail is all about extruded aluminium profiles with high quality LED strip

It was incorporated in July 2009 for a specific project where illuminated handrail was required. Since then many more profiles for both handrail and lighting systems have been added to the range. Whether it be an internal staircase, uplighting for landscaping, sign illumination, external pathways or solar powered amenity lighting, Lightrail can provide a solution - project specific.

The LED strip used with Lightrail profiles is supplied by Lightsearch and utilises high quality strip and LED bars from long standing relationships with their suppliers. The LED strip used inside the handrail is rated at IP68. There are many combinations of colour temperature, lumen output and spacing available making the design more flexible to adapt to individual applications.
