When South Sydney Leagues Club closed its doors temporarily in 2007, no-one imagined that it would be over three years until the new Souths on Chalmers was about to open.

Offering a broad range of inspiring internal finishes and hints of 'warehouse
styling', the new premises is exciting, elegant, welcoming and comfortable,
all in a more compact and contemporary space.

Trivest, the developer for the entire building, is an innovative commercial
developer with a focus on inner city areas. Passionate about retaining heritage
and culture through architecture they deliver an exceptional outcome to this
iconic building and our Leagues' Club.

The name change evokes much of the Club's past, as well as its future.
The Chalmers Street building has long been recognised as the home of the
South Sydney Leagues' Club and will host the Leagues' Club and Football Club
under one roof.
